Return Policy and Shipping Information

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Most orders will ship within 3 business days and transit time will be determined by shipping option. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Goods:
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at care@winecountrybotanicals.com.  Pictures of the damage are helpful so we can determine the source, but not required. 

Please include your order number for the most expedient service. 

Returns/Exchange Restrictions:

Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
