Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Goods:
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at dylan@winecountrybotanicals.com

Please include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.

Returns/Exchange Restrictions:

If, for any reason, should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products for a full 100% money-back guarantee. Only items purchased on winecountrybotanicals.com may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store.

Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
